Luxe Auto Repair. Luxe Electrical Inc

Electrical issues are different. You need an expert who has the proper (expensive) tools that most mechanics don't have. I came to Victor at Luxe Electric based on a glowing recommendation, and it worked out well. Being close to a British auto shop that refer clients to him, he knows Minis. He found the problem and detailed what needed to be done and what could wait in order to reduce the price. He got it done quickly, and he guaranteed his work. My car is running very well ever since I took it to Victor. He was also very pleasant to talk to.

I had a great experience with Victor at Luxe Auto Repair / Luxe Electrical Inc. Victor was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and corrected it efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly knows their craft and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Victor and Luxe to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

TL;DR: IMHO, they do good work. But, they will try to get you to spend more than needed. Always good to get a second/third opinion. I don't normally post reviews like this, but I hope it helps others make more informed decisions. I only dealt with Victor from the beginning and he was a cool guy. I was quoted me a reasonable price for my issue. Then, when I went to pay it was slightly more. Okay, no big deal. Then, he "found" another issue and that was 2x the price. He explained it and I believed him and paid. Then, he "found" another issue. This time, a few thousand more. Do they do good work? I believe so. Do they try to up sell ? Again, I believe so. Although I legitimately like Victor, I don't feel he does things in my best interest, rather money be the main motivating factor. Which is cool, since he's running a business and needs to make money, but I rather go elsewhere.

Shout out these guys at Luxe. They fixed my 04 Dodge Dakota that’s been a nightmare the past year. Had other mechanics screw me over and my truck got to the point where it wouldn’t start. Multiple mechanics came and tried to work on it but ended up giving up and still charged me their service fee. These guys let me drop my truck off overnight while they were closed bc of my work schedule. They stayed in contact, got my truck running smooth again and even fixed a couple other small things that they found. Shout out these guys super solid can’t them recommend enough.

Victor, my man, is 100% professional, reliable and considerable when it comes to auto repairs. I have always had my audi Q7 serviced at their shop for a reasonable price. lately I was involved in a rear end accident, other auto shop gave me a hard time on pricing but Victor offered me the most cost-effective price to have my car repaired. after weeks of waiting on parts, he finished everything in half a day. awesome guy and awesome service
